Return Policy

First : Exchange Policy :

You can exchange products from SmartKoshk store in following cases :

1- In case of damage to the product you can exchange it (respecting the availability of it in stock) without paying any additional shipping costs, and SmartKoshk will put up with all shipping costs of the product.

2- In case that the customer received a product which is not the product that he ordered, he can exchange it (respecting the availability of it in stock) without paying any additional shipping costs, and SmartKoshk will put up with all shipping costs of the product.

Second : Return Policy :

You can return the product to SmartKosh store in following cases:

1- In case of damage to the product you can exchange it (respecting the un-availability of it in stock) without paying any additional shipping costs, and SmartKoshk will put up with all shipping costs of the product.

2- In case that the customer received a product which is not the product that he ordered, he can exchange it (respecting the un-availability of it in stock) without paying any additional shipping costs, and SmartKoshk will put up with all shipping costs of the product.

General Terms :

You can’t exchange or return any product in following cases :

1- Opening the package or any evidence that you used the product.

2- Return the product in package is not its original package.

3- Return the product without its bill.

– Smartkoshk have the right to cancel or edit any order based on stock availability or pricing update.

– We accept the products according to the exchange and return policy in no later than two days from the date of the arrival of the product to the customer.

– In case of exchanging or returning products according to Exchange and Return Policy and we found (damage) to the product or it (was not typical) to the order, (SmartKoshk) will put up with any extra shipping costs of the product.

– In case of exchanging or returning products according to Exchange and Return Policy and we found (NO damage) to the product or it (WAS typical) to the order, (the customer) will put up with any extra shipping costs of the product.
