1. Can I order through the website then pickup my order from any store ?
Yes , you can order online and at the shipping step choose pickup from the store and choose one of the available branches. The store will contact you to arrange receiving your order.
2. Can I cancel my order ?
There're two situations
1/ if the order not shipped yet, you can cancel it form my account dashboard
2/ if your order shipped already, you have to contact us asap to inform us that you don't need the order anymore.
3. Can I return my order or part of it?
Yes, the order or part of it can be returned if the packages are not opened. For more details, see the terms of exchange and return page.
4. I am trying to call customer service and no one answers the phone?
Customer service is available to receive your inquiry or request daily, seven days a week, from 10am to 10pm, except for Friday and official holidays.
5. My order is delayed and the shipping company has not contacted me yet, what should I do?
Contact our customer service immediately and we will assist you until you receive your order as soon as possible.
6. How long will it take to get my package?
Usually estimated delivery time within: 2-4 days (Cairo/Giza), 3-6 days (Rest of the cities).
